Before enrolling to course read Refund Policy.

It may be possible that while enrolling as a student in one of the courses at Pdakoo, your preferred timings did not match your preferred teacher’s available time slots, and you didn’t take a session after making a payment. In such cases, you might seek a refund.

 

Please read the Refund terms and conditions carefully before Enrolling to any of the Course plans, as once you have enrolled, you cannot change or cancel your plan. Once you enroll and make the required payment for any online subscriptions, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.

50% Refund – If you didn’t satisfies from our Courses (Anytime)

A ‘Refund Request’ can be made by getting in touch with us via the ‘Contact Us’ form.

Once your refund request is received, it will go through our standard operating procedure for refund shall be initiated accordingly only for genuine requests.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled anytime before 24 hours by us. A full refund will be initiated in this scenario.

  • If the order is already in transit, you can still contact us to find out whether cancellation is possible or not. However, in this case, the cancellation may not be guaranteed.
  • An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been delivered digitally to you or has already been received by you.
  • When an order cancellation request is accepted, it will take 2-3 business days for it to be processed and the refund to be initiated. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.
  • Once we initiate the refund from our end, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the bank to process the refund.
  • In case of delays in refund, after the refund confirmation from Pdakoo, please get in touch with your bank.
